Based on 1 family. We consider a family mom, dad, and their dependent children living at home, under the age of 18. No lot sharing. Some sites may vary on rate depending on size & options (example: Deck sites). *After March 1st the rate is $1,845.00 for the season. Note: We do not accept credit cards until April 1st.
